AMAZING SERVICE
I am a 2 time returning customer at Harbor View Auto. I always find that Angel is extremely helpful and has always done his best to get me what Im looking for, as well as price accommodations. I recently brought a truck from them as well as traded in a vehicle. Angel did his best to get me a good return on my trade in and truly went over and beyond to help me find and get into the vehicle I wanted and needed. One thing I can say is he’s honest and that’s rare in his line of business- as most dealerships only look to make a sale and not really care about the customer from my own past experiences, so I’m happy to have come across Harbor View Auto and respect how they conduct business. Anytime a friend or family member is in need of a vehicle or even repairs I refer them to this place as I’ve always had positive experiences. I would recommend my closet friends and family to the business at hand. Don’t fool yourself with negative comments, a lot people can’t go to the high end car sale companies based on low credit. The best experience to buy a truck with not the best credit. Angel went above and beyond, he actually held the truck for 4 days because I was interested in truck which I bought. Angel is the most honest salesman I ever met. After i looked at it , I drove home the next day. He was not pushy and the trust he gave me without knowing me. Total blessing, and the truck is top notch, and I want to say thanks again to Angel,, I can't even explain what he did for me,. My experience
On the weekend after Thanksgiving 2020 I decided to buy a used car from a small dealership to help a small business during the Covid Pandemic.... I found Harbor View Auto online and found a small Kia advertised... I spoke to Angel, the salesman and went to the dealership and bought the car... I was unaware at the time, even after a test drive that the car had a check engine light problem... I returned the car multiple times trying to resolve the issue but the problem still persisted... I believe on the fifth time returning the car for the same problem Angel and his mechanic staff found the ghost bug that plagued the car... And now the car runs great!!! They stood by their pledge and their company to fix the car with no extra charges for repairing the car!!! I would recommend Harbor View Auto to anyone looking to buy a used car! Their professionalism is outstanding!!!

Great Experience
I have purchased several used cars over the years from used car dealers. Those encounters have all been painful and frustrating. I expected the same here. I live about 45 minutes from HarborView and when I say this was the easiest and most professional car buying I’ve ever experienced! I found my car online, called Angel and he responded back not even an hour later with all the details I needed to come get it. Once I got all paperwork in order we scheduled the date and I made my way to HarborView where my car was clean and running for me. A few signatures later....I pulled off in my VW Passat...which I love ! I’m positive I’ll get all my future cars from here with such an effortless process.

I have been to many many mechanics and for one reason or another I have had to drop them either making things worse or just not capable of doing the job. Jorge Camacho is truely a gifted man when it comes to fixing cars. I had a problem with a Saturn and it made a unusual noise in the engine when it would start up, I saw 3 people including the dealership(BIG MISTAKE) and in 5 minutes Jorge was able to know what was wrong and fixed the car that day, this was easily 10 years ago and I have not looked back since. That you Jorge for always helping me when i needed you! Please don t ever reitre!!

These Guys are “One in a Million!”
The last car I bought from Harborview drove for 370,000 miles. It would of lasted longer but I overheated the engine and blew the head gasket last week (totally my fault). I needed a new car asap so compared a car at Harborview with a Chrysler Dealership in Levittown, NY. I visited both locations on the same day and the experiences couldn’t of been more extreme. Both cars were basically the same and where quoted basically the same price. $11,800. Harborview was fast, very convenient and kept me informed of the approval process during the day and lowered the price to $9,500. The Levittown dealership added two dealer prep charges of $985 and $319. Then the Levittown Dealership made me wait over an hour for their credit dept.. During that time, I received the final call from Harborview confirming the deal was credit approved and I could pick the car up that afternoon. Since I was still waiting to meet any credit person from the Chrysler Dealership in Levittown,NY, I ordered an Uber and left to pick up my new car at Harborview Auto Sales in Stamford, CT. I’ve been doing business with Harborview for about 10 years. They do all my car maintenance and I have found the honest mechanic all of us wish we had. My ex-wife even brings her cars there too. Now that says alot. My ex loves Harborview too!

We went shopping for a car to replace our recently totaled Grand Caravan, which was in mint condition. We visited different dealerships to replace what we had. Needless to say, there was not nearly enough money from the insurance to cover any car from any dealership we had visited or seen on line in the New York and CT area. Very disheartened, my wife said "let's check out this used car dealership." We stopped at Harbor View Auto and met Angel. We told him about our experience and he suggested a vehicle that met our needs without trying to push us to pay for anything beyond our means. He worked with us like a perfect gentlemen, and we now have a car to replace our old one, not only in our price range, but one that we really like from a man we came to trust and will do business with again. I just want to say that Jorge Camacho, the Mechanic at Harbor View is without a doubt an excellent mechanic. Never once have I ever had to take my vehicles somewhere else because he could not fix it. I have had other mechanics, no names mentioned but Firestone in Stamford Ct which they are supposed to be CT approved for Emissions etc. They charged me SO MUCH money and could not fix my car. They told me I have to bring my car to the Dealer, went to the dealer and we all know how that works. Charged an arm and leg only to NOT fix the problem. So I brought my Jeep to Jorge and fixed my car!! I tell everyone I know about him because he is fair and gets the job done.That is my experience and he is my mechanic for life! That also goes for all the other cars I have had!!

I bought my second car from Angel over the weekend. It was a fully loaded 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. After giving Angel my vehicle requirements, he worked hard to find the car that I wanted. He worked with buyers to secure a vehicle for me and even went as far as going to an auction to buy my vehicle outright. The Best

I rarely write reviews but I have to say the service that I was provided at Harbor View Auto Sales exceeded my expectations. Angel is an honest and straightforward businessman and I have no buyers remorse about the Mazda 3 I purchased. Don't think twice about stopping by if anything you like is in their inventory. None of their cars come from New York auction houses so don't worry about getting a lemon.

Then I went through every internet supplier I could find to make a chart of the top 8 or so for the specifications I most wanted. I messaged those dealers all one morning and asked them each the same two questions - would you be willing to ship to me and do you have any idea the cost of shipping (I'm in Kansas). Angel answered my questions immediately and directly. As I made my way down the list of other dealers to message - I realized Angel had already responded to three other questions at lightning speed. We were well on our way to closing up the sale. The other five dealers responded later in the day to three or four days later - each of them asking for my phone number so they could hook me up with a sales person to "talk about my needs". None of them directly answered my original questions. Many of them asked me when I could come in person to shop. In the meantime - Angel sold me a car. Then he was very patient and knowledgable about handling the sale across state lines - which my banker was reluctant to get involved in until Angel answered all her questions and provided every detail of info she asked for promptly and accurately. So, he trained her I guess you could say (we're in Kansas, need I say more?) I guess the lesson here is that some of the shoppers on cars.com are like me - we want to do our own research and then order our car. Angel understands a buyer like me. And gave me the absolute low down price to get this car sold. Thank you!
